This was said on an episode of Lost... is it true?

On an episode of the show Lost one of the temporary characters( He
blew up..... ) stated this: (This is not exactly what he said but it's
close... my memories sketchy right now.... I need sleep) when dynamite
is exposed to temperatures over 90% F It sweats nitroglycerin. Is that
true?
